Duterte’s ridiculous call for peace talks to be held in the Philippines and for Prof. Jose Maria Sison to be returned to the Philippines is bound to fail. In his desperation to avoid condemnation for his numerous human rights violations, including the threat of an International Criminal Court investigation for crimes against humanity and torture, he pretends to be for peace talks.
